The following three documents are the latest draft of the FCD document set. This version was posted Oct. 27, 6:50pm EDT.

These are versions of docs above with work done on definitions (more compliant with rules as in ISO standard, and ISO and other standards better referenced). Changes are tracked and there are some outstanding questions.
