DC-2001 Submission Procedure of Camera-ready Papers
The author(s) of every paper accepted for either presentation or poster must submit the camera-ready paper of the conference proceedings. Please revise your paper based on the reviewers' suggestions and submit the camera-ready paper as follows:
- Prepare the manuscript in the format specified by the guidelines on the web: ``Preparing Your Paper.''
- Make sure no color is used.
- Take care figures are clear to read.
- Keep the page limit specified by the ``Paper Review Report.''
- Make one hard copy of the paper on high quality white paper.
- Download a copyright form from this page, print-out, and complete.
- Send the hard copy and the copyright form to the local arrangement chair via an express mail so that it will be delivered by the deadline September 7, 2001.

- Make a PDF file of the paper. We will basically use the PDF file for printing and for web publication.
- Make sure no special font is used or such fonts are embedded.
- Do not set protection on the PDF file. We will put page numbers, etc.
- If you cannot make a PDF file, a PS file will do.
- If you cannot make either file, or if we cannot render the file properly, we will use the hard copy as a camera ready manuscript.
- Copy the following form, and fill each field ($$...$$) with an appropriate text:

- Send the above form and the PDF (or PS) file to the local arrangement commitee (dc2001-local@nii.ac.jp) via e-mail by the deadline September 7, 2001.
(If the file is too large to attatch to the e-mail message, please consult the local arrangement commitee.)

Please be aware that the printing schedule is so tight that delayed papers may not be included in the proceedings.

As we would like to make a high quality proceedings, authors are requested to prepare the camera-ready papers in the above specified format. Papers which are not formatted properly might not be included in the proceedings.
