status of the software development to translate ERC/ANVL into ERC/Turtle (ERC/RDF)

current implementation in the context of a Perl module that will be available openly from the global CPAN code repository system

when complete, the code will perform a one-way conversion that should go significantly towards demonstrating level 2 interoperability

Adrian proposed that this tool should be linked to from the Tools section of the main DCMI web site (general consensus on this)

an updated and expanded version of Charles' document, "Kernel Metadata, Turtle, and RDF", has also been posted to the wiki
