    * Group: use interop levels as ramp up to interoperation
       * Level 1 first, in natural language
       * Level 2 for machine processing
       * can these statements be made in ERC spec, details in appendices
       * no reason not to define a DCAP Domain Model

    * reactions to liaison with W3C MAWG; group will look for opportunities
