 * Adrian and John to create strawman application profile (AP) using the Kernel term URIs defined in the Kernel spec

 * Bill suggested (again) that we need to clarify whether it is the ERC or the Kernel that is the subject of the AP; discussion resulted in an understanding that the AP must comprehend constraint and/or prescription from both; the Kernel dictates value rules for any Kernel elements that appear while the ERC dictates that "this object description will contain four specific Kernel elements at a minimum"; it is not yet clear what impact this has on the AP or on naming (eg, should we be working on an "ERC AP" instead of a "Kernel AP"?)

 * Adrian seeking to understand ("eliminate from our enquiry") whether the AP can be created by 1) providing mapping from Kernel to DC, and then 2) pointing to and endorsing the "Simple DC AP" -- but also indicating that 4 required Kernel-to-DC mapped elements must be provided, and some values may need to be modified to comply with the Kernel spec (e.g., dates should ideally be in TEMPER format) [ simple Kernel profile linked now from wiki http://knowware.nada.kth.se/DCWiki/SimpleDublinCore ]
