Charles explained his idea for ERC translation tool to output RDF/Turtle Subject URIs that include a kind of extension tag making them "more unique", so that when lots of RDF triples at large make assertions about the same Subject, one's own assertions can be isolated from them; in essence, this allows one to recover those triples that made up the equivalent of the "record" (eg, ILS record) that contained them
