Project Scope
This project plan will be limited only to the development of the guidelines described in the Outcomes/Deliverables above. It will not include other work.

The project team will be comprised of CanCore participants. This team will be a somewhat organic and malleable group but will include as central participants:

The project team will operate as a cooperative group and strive towards consensus whenever possible. When consensus is not possible, a majority decision of participants during any monthly meeting will be considered appropriate in decision making.
