The namespace URI and the two termtype URIs should dereference to an RDFS declaration of the terms - though we can add content negotiation later to dereference to a human-readable document as well if necessary. We'll create some RDFS for this. Can you create the three new PURLs
and put our RDFS on the dublincore.org site somewhere?
