Conversion

ANVL/ERC Kernel Metadata Conversion Toolkit http://search.cpan.org/~jak/File-ANVL/anvl (Dublin Core Kernel Metadata Task Group) free tool for download and local installation
This open-source toolkit comprises a Perl module that supports the conversion of Kernel Metadata records encoded in ANVL/ERC formats to RDF/Turtle, JSON, and XML formats. Maintained by the Dublin Core Kernel Metadata Task Group.

The Dublin Core Meta Toolkit gives DSpace administrators the ability to convert large amounts of information from their desktop database programs into DSpace compatible Dublin Core metadata. The toolkit provides a number of out-of-the-box database structures to ease data collection as well as enabling users to create custom converters for existing databases.

This online program can be used for two purposes: as a Dublin Core metadata editor, and as a converter to UNIMARC.
After conversion to UNIMARC format, metadata can be saved to your local hard drive as an ISO-2709 file. Viewable in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Completely web-based open source software which allows cultural heritage institutions to catalogue their collections. CollectiveAccess allows metadata practicioners to implement all of the current metadata standards which apply to the cultural heritage field, and incorporates the necessary features to handle controlled vocabularies and to make use of external metadata with the help of webservices.

Omeka is a free, flexible, and open source web-publishing platform for the display of library, museum, archives, and scholarly collections and exhibitions. It brings Web 2.0 technologies and approaches to academic and cultural websites to foster user interaction and participation.
