                  considered at the Usage Board meeting of May 2002
                  in Bath.  This document is pointed to from

Decision: Accept with status "conforming" (with the name "dateCopyrighted")

Reason: This term is not clearly relevant to cross-domain
resource discovery but conforms to Dublin Core grammatical
principles.  The name of the term was changed from that
proposed because 1) "Date of a statement of copyright" is
arguably not a property of the resource copyrighted, but a
property of the statement of copyright; and 2) for consistency
with the naming convention for other date refinements.
