   general changes in tone or direction should be made?

2. Are the statements in the document accurate? Note that I have avoided 
   using some of the RDF terminology in favor of more common language and 
   would like to continue that for the sake of readability.

3. Are the examples accurate? Would you like to contribute other 
   examples for the document?

    Guidelines for Application Profiles under development

    2008-03-31, The DCMI Directorate has awarded a contract to
    Karen Coyle to write user-oriented "Guidelines for Dublin
    Core Application Profiles". The guidelines will provide
    an overview of recent work on a formal Description Set
    Profile specification in the context of the Singapore
    Framework for Dublin Core Application Profiles together
    with good-practice examples.
