Registration Cancellation:
A cancellation request must be made in writing and mailed to the following postal address:

The registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received prior to 14 September 2003 minus a $50 (USD) administration charge. For cancellations received after this date the registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutes will be accepted at any time. Refunds will be processed immediately after the conference concludes on 2 October 2003.
