DC-2003 Sponsorships Categories

Held in the U.S. for the first time in five years, the Dublin Core Conference & Workshop is the premier conference for discussing metadata use in asset discovery and retrieval, management, preservation and use. Sponsors have a unique opportunity to interact with 225-300 international leaders, including both scholars and practitioners, from the private and public sector who will:

  • share inquiries, methodologies, and results from their latest metadata studies
  • share service and product developments and evaluations
  • explore future directions for metadata use in product and service solutions

Organization/Corporate Sponsorships

Organization/Corporate sponsorship for DC-2003 is available at two levels–$1,000 and $5,000. Sponsors at these levels will enjoy the following benefits:

Product workshop/demonstration

90-minute product workshop/demonstration with seating for 60-160 participants. A limited number of 12 morning sessions are available and are held daily from 8:30-10:00 opposite the DC-2003 tutorial sessions

One complimentary conference registration

One free registration for a sponsor representative, including admission to conference sessions and the opening reception

Institutional Sponsors

Institutional Sponsors are organizations who choose to sponsor either the Conference Dinner ($25,000) or Opening Reception ($12,000). Both events offer sponsors maximum exposure to an international body of conference attendees.

Institutional Sponsors will receive the benefits outlined at the $1,000 and $5,000 levels and:
