DCMI Announces Tool Building Workshop

The DCMI Directorate is pleased to announce a tool building workshop to be hosted by Osnabrueck University in Osnabrueck, Germany during the second quarter of 2001. This event will be a small workshop of implementors that share an interest in developing and promoting open source tools to support the creation, management, and the use of metadata based on (but not limited to) Dublin Core™ Metadata.
