Possible disruption Dublin Core™ Metadata Registry due to Japan earthquake

In the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, there may be disruptions in the access to the Dublin Core™ Metadata Registry, hosted by the Research Center for Knowledge Communities at the University of Tsukuba. We would like to express our sympathy with the victims of the earthquake and tsunami and wish our colleagues and everyone else in Japan all the strength they need in these difficult times.
